Refund policy

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw: Wort Weit Wien Sandro Siller, Römergasse 10/31, 1160 Vienna, Austria, hello@canvascomrade.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required. Sending your notice before the period expires is enough to meet the deadline.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method you used for the original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Please send the goods back to the address above within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Damaged or misprinted items
Please check your order on arrival. If a poster arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not need to return the item. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
